Terms and Conditions

Clients agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking

• Booking slots that are cancelled or rescheduled within 48hrs of their time slot cannot be refunded.

• Your confirmation email Information contains information and codes to gain access to the field.

• The Rambles can only be used as an area for the client to train or exercise.

Before Arriving

• All dogs using The Rambles must be up-to-date with their vaccinations and wormer.

• If your dog has developed signs of kennel cough, sickness or diarrhoea in the past 72 hours, we request that you refrain from using our facilities.

On Arrival

• Users must inspect the field before use to ensure that it is suitable for their dog(s) use.

• The booking cannot be extended if the client arrives late.

On Departure

• It is the client’s responsibility to clean up after their dog. Please place poo bags in the bin provided or take them home with you. Please take your belongings home with you, including dog toys and any litter.

• You must exit the field within the hire hour, so it is vacant for the next person’s booking. Anyone remaining in the field over their allocated time will need to pay for the extra slot and will be discouraged from re-booking.

• The client must ensure the gate is securely closed upon leaving.

Responsibilities

• Use of the field shall be entirely at the client’s own risk

• The Rambles will not be held responsible for loss, theft, injury, damage or accidents sustained to personal property, cars, individuals or animals whilst using the field or on the property.

Other

• This agreement does not create any rights over the land, and the client accepts that the landowner/ The Rambles maintains control and possession of the field at all times

• Children are welcome on the field but must always be supervised by an adult.

• Payment for field hire must be made in full when booking.

• The client will pay for any breakages or damages to the field.

• Smoking is permitted.  All cigarette ends must be removed from the site.

The Rambles is inspected regularly to maintain security but please notify us if you have any concerns.
